How to order a Personalised Line Drawing?

1.  Place the order

2. Attach the reference photo and let us know any text that you want us to include. If you cannot decide the photo now, you can send the photo to our email at info@giftyet.co.uk after placing the order. 

3. Once we have received your photo, we will send a confirmation email to you within 48 hours.

4. The line drawing will be sent to your email in 3 - 4 working days. If you have any comments, please reply to the email and let us know

5. Upon your confirmation, the final line drawing will be sent to your email

Turnaround time of the Personalised Line Drawing: 

Our standard turnaround time is 3 - 4 working days. Please note that it will be counted from the next day you have submitted the order.

If you need to have the product faster, you may consider upgrading it to the rush order at GBP 4.00.
